POSITIVE THINKING
IN A SIMPLE WAY,,POSITIVE THINKING MAKES YOU HAPPY, ENERGETIC and CALM.
Now a question arises , HOW TO THINK POSITIVE?
so here are some tips for you to practice positive thinking:
- focus on good things
we all are facing problems and very difficult challenges in our life ,, but if we will focus on only good things then our stress can reduce.
- think about some best moments of your life
think of people, things or moments which makes you feel happy. you can think of you and your friend doing hilarious things when teacher teaches you or you can think of some food items which made your day when you ate.. etc.
- spend time with positive people
positive people can make your mood happy so try to spend time with them.
- reading positive quotes
reading can make a very big effect on you. if you read something which is very funny, you start laughing and it makes you happy. so try to read something which makes you feel positive (try to read once in a day).
